So things have been happening around here. Here is Bug in a happy moment, when she's not screaming. She's getting some major teeth and they must be very painful. She is generally angry at the world and has been for about 2 weeks. This is not the Bug we know and love. We're hoping it really is just teeth and not some awful personality change. Elliot is showing off his dinosaur underwear, which he loves even more than the Thomas underwear. He makes me report what KIND of dinosaur he is wearing for the day before we can put them on. I've tried to tell him that the dinosaurs will bite his bootie if he poops in his pants. Apparently this is not enough of a threat, as he continues to do so. ...

You may not be looking for potty training advice but I will pass along the idea that finally worked for Lucy (chocolate had not effect!). When she went in the potty she got to call a Disney Princess on the phone. So thanks to several of my loving kind hearted friend who were prepared for me to call their house for a Princess, it worked! So just an idea, obviously switch out your favorite boy character.

so more unasked for tips...a pediatric nurse told me to rub whiskey on the gums to numb them. It helped Jakob some and if it doesn't you can always have some:>
