4 year old check up

This kiddo had his 4 year old check up the day after his birthday.  His stats? Crazy.
Height: 42.5 inches, 91%
Weight: 44.6 pounds, 95%
BMI: 17.35, 90%

Considering how small he was when he started, these numbers are nutty.
