Robert Jackson and Elliot enjoyed a day at a sort of nature center when we visited Yaya and Big Papa. They're only 7 months apart and have a great time when they're together. (Jack is Elliot's cousin.) Here you see them exploring big rocks at the park. We love being able to get them together so much now that we're in GA. And we love all of Jack's hand me downs.

Ottawa Farms Strawberry Festival

Yesterday afternoon we drove about 20 minutes west on Highway 16 from Savannah to the middle of what looked like it might be nowhere. Suddenly out of the pasture arose a huge strawberry festival. Complete with a mechanical bull, strawberry picking, tractor tricycle racing, jumping houses and homemade strawberry ice cream, the kids loved it.

Michael and Elsie are giving a shout out to you on your birthday. Elliot, however, being the caution child that he is, is warning that once you get this old, you're pretty much on the slippery slope toward danger.
